Return and Refund Policy

To make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase from Teapot86, we provide 30 days return policy, if it is not the right one, we will help you to solve this and help you get what you want, please contact us at: support@teapot86.com

Conditions for the Returns:
1.Products have not been installed or assembled
2.Products should be in original package and in perfect condition
3.Products with crystals, all the crystals need to be wrapped.
4.If there is any damage, proofs will be needed from local logistics.
5.Standard orders listed on our website. (Notes: custom orders made according to clients’ specification cannot be returned)

A refund or store credit can be initiated with 30 days of delivery, after providing the proof of purchase.

We will return the actual price of the product, and we will deduct the logistics cost of our shipment.
Final sales, special order items do not meet the conditions of return or exchange.
Note: This does not include returns of oversized shipments.


Condition for Partial Refunds:
1.Products does not well packed via return.
2.The refund request is applied more than 30 days after delivery.
3.The products are customized per clients’ requirements.
4.Any mistakes caused by clients’ faults.
5.All products that are in the regular shipping time.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Within 30 days after you receive the products, if there is any damages or defects, please contact our customer service at support@teapot86.com and provide the pictures and videos.

1.Upon the approval of the information, a replacement will be arranged or if need to return, a return address will be provided.
2.A tracking number will be needed, after it is sent out.
3.We will inspect the returned products to make sure it is unused, undamaged and in original condition, and after confirmation we will initiate the refund.
4.If the items returned in unacceptable condition, for example, not in original packing, installed, or loosing parts, damaged, a replenishment fee might be applied.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.)

How to cancel an order?
1. When the product is not out of the warehouse, you can send a cancellation order. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@teapot86.com We will refund in full.
2. Once the product is out of the warehouse, we will not accept cancellation of the order.
